Te Aroha Community Hospital is a charitable trust. Every admission must be through a contract from either Waikato District Health Board (DHB), Disability Support Link (DSL) or by a medical centre (GP). The only exception is if someone wishes to come in as a private paying client (Fees depend on what level of care is required. (Fees can be obtained by request)​
